What is an active quiz taker?
An active quiz taker is a person who takes your quiz in a month. Each unique person (identified by email or ID) who takes your quiz counts as a quiz taker. If a single person takes 5 quizzes (or attempts them multiple times), that person will be counted as a single active quiz taker. You can even have a new set of 100 people take the quiz each month. We charge only $10 per 100 active quiz takers in a month. When choosing a plan, select the number of quiz takers you expect to serve in a month - you can always upgrade if you need more slots.
Is there any limit to quizzes or attempts?
All our plans come with unlimited quizzes and attempts. There is no limit to how many quizzes each quiz taker may take.
How do I estimate how many quiz takers I need?
Just estimate the maximum number of people you anticipate taking quizzes in a month, including any spikes. If you exceed this number, do not worry—we will never block new users but simply adjust your plan upwards as necessary. Plans are sold per 100 active quiz takers.
How does the 15-days money back guarantee work?
If you cancel within 15 days of signing up, for any reason, you won't be charged a thing. We do not want your money unless you are truly happy with our product. If you choose to cancel your account in the future you will never be charged again. We charge per full month; we don't prorate for pending months in the payment cycle in case of a refund.
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes. Just email us at sales@proprofs.com.
Can I capture information about quiz takers?
Yes. You can capture all the information you want, including email, employee Id, or any custom field you create.
Can I create branded quizzes & certificates?
Yes. You can completely customize your quizzes with your logo and colors and customize completion certificates to match your brand.
Do I get notified when someone takes my quiz?
Yes. You can set your email notifications based on your preference.
What types of payment do you accept?
Currently, we accept Visa, MasterCard, & American Express. We do not accept PayPal. For purchases over $3000, we can accept check payments for an additional processing fee of $100. Please contact [email protected] if you are interested in this.
How do I cancel my plan?

Can I post a quiz on my website?
Yes, you can even brand the quiz and customize the look and feel to make it blend with your site. No programming is needed - just copy & paste the code we provide.

Yes, our Essentials,Premium and Business+ level accounts offer the option of making your quizzes public or private and secure.
Is my data safe and secure?
Yes. Our state-of-the-art computer servers are hosted at a secure location that maintains multiple power feeds, fiber links, dedicated generators, and battery backup. ProProfs product software and infrastructure are updated regularly with the latest security patches. Our network is protected by an enterprise-class firewall and all ProProfs plans include remote data backups to keep your data safe.
How long do you store data?
If you cancel your paid subscription, you will be downgraded to the free version. Your premium features will be disabled and any stored data (such as quiz attempts and score data) will be deleted. Your quizzes are never deleted and you can continue to have unlimited quiz takers on our free plan.

What is an active learner?
An active learner is a person such as a student or an employee who can take courses. Past employees can be deleted or paused to stop their billing. We suggest pausing (marking inactive) if you still want completion reports access and the person is no longer in the organization, Each unique person who takes your courses counts as an active learner e.g., if a person takes five quizzes and three courses, it counts as one learner - there is no charge for courses taken but just for total active learners. An author can add, remove, pause, or replace learners anytime. We suggest choosing the most likely employee count in any given month for the smoothest experience. If you exceed, you can upgrade at any time.
Is there any limit to trainings or attempts?
All our plans come with unlimited courses and attempts. There is no limit to how many training courses each learner may take.
How do I estimate how many learners I need?
Just estimate the total number of student or an employee you anticipate taking the courses over the course of 12 months. We can always adjust your plan upwards if necessary.
If you estimate incorrectly, you can always upgrade to add more or delete/download old users to make room for new learners.
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes. Just email us at [email protected]. The change will reflect on your next billing cycle.
How do I share a course?
You can send your course in many ways, such as sharing a course link (or a classroom link), and learners can register to take the course. You can upload a list of users to our system via a spreadsheet. You can also embed the course on your website or automatically sync our system with your Payroll or HRIS to assign/pause users directly. If unsure, connect with our support team, and they will do an onboarding session to set this up best for you.
Can I create branded courses & certificates?
Yes. You can completely customize your courses with your logo and customize completion certificates to match your brand.

How long do you store data?
If you stop your paid subscription, you will be downgraded to the free version. Your premium features will be disabled and any stored data (such as course attempts and score data) will be deleted. Your courses are never deleted and you can continue to have unlimited trainees on our free plan. However, if you do not renew your subscription, the premium features get disabled and any stored data (such as trainees attempts & score data) is deleted.
