It is a great service that has treated me well for more than 10 years

Coaching, Counseling & Mentoring Services Inc. has been around since 1977 and provides over 94 continuing education courses for counselors, therapists and other helping professionals. The courses & programs are approved by NAADAC, CCAPP, OASAS, and AIHCP and are presented in a self-paced, distance-learning format. Courses are available for addiction counselors, mental health counselors, marriage & family therapists and other helping professionals.

As technology advanced, we needed a better way to present our quizzes in a way that was efficient, effective and within our price range. We explored a few tools but either they were expensive or didn’t have the features we were looking for.

We came across ProProfs Quiz Maker in our search and it fit the bill. The price for the service has been well within our price range. It’s been super easy to create tests with ProProfs.

In addition to the ease of creating the tests and the price, we have found that whenever we have had problems with technology (which has been rare, only about 3 or 4 times over the 10 or more years we have used the service) the ProProfs staff gets back very quickly and the problems get resolved. I like that though we use only one ProProfs service (Quiz Maker), we are treated like we use more of what they have to offer. It is a great service that has treated me well over the years and I have recommended it to others when the opportunity arises.
