Herb butter is delicious to eat on different meats. Many people will grill fish, chicken or beef outside on their grills. However, the chef will make the herb butter and may not use the entire amount during one setting. Instead, the chef may want to freeze the herb butter for later use. Also, it will be available for the next grilling event that you have. Choose the herbs that you want in your butter like thyme, dill or basil.
Then cut and chop the herbs. Mix the herbs with soft butter. Form the butter into a square and put warp around it. Wrap the butter securely so it won’t get frost bite while in the freezer. Then place the butter in the freezer.
