The following list contains fruits that have been found low in calcium per 100 grams and from lowest to highest: Japanese pear and lychee both contain 2 mg of calcium, an apple contains 3 mg, a watermelon, Chinese bayberry and peach all contain 4 mg of calcium, Japanese plums, durian, European pear and Nectarine all contain 5 mg of calcium, European plums, banana, grapes, mangosteen, and melon all have 6 mg of calcium, guava and pomegranate both have 8 mg, apricot has 9 mg of calcium, pineapple has 10 mg of calcium, mango has 16 mg of calcium, raspeberry has 22 mg, fig has 26 mg, papaya contains 36 mg, a whole lemon contains 67 mg, dried dates contain 71 mg and olives have 83 mg of calcium.
