Florine doesn't do double bonds as its a halogen, only needing one more valence electron to enter the noble gas structure (filling its outer shell).

Therefore only answer choice B is an option.

Chemists normally use this in order to show possible predictions that may occur when there are different chemicals that are mixed together. It is important to see the number of valence electrons. The Lewis structures of different compounds are different from each other.
