Project records consist of all documentation and correspondence relating to the project including internal notes and memos. This is an output of the information distribution process. Change requests often come up after an analysis of project performance and are also an output of the performance reporting process. performance reports are an output of the performance reporting process and consist of structured and summarized view of information on project results required by the various stakeholders.
