Have you ever wondered what a baby rat is called? This is something that people can become curious about. The baby rat is actually called a pup. It can make the rat seem like a very cute creature. A lot of people think that rats do look cute when they are still young, although they can be very problematic when they grow older. A group of rats will be called “mischief.” This is possible because of the things that a group of rats can do, especially when they become bigger and wiser. Rats are known to be intelligent creatures. They are able to come up with some strategies that other animals will fail to think about.

The correct answer to this question is Pup. They can also be referred to as kittens. A rat can be a term used to describe many small mammals, who aren't even true rats. For example, in North America, rats can be referencing packs of kangaroo rats. When it comes to adult rats, they all have their own names. Bucks is the term referring to male rats. Adult female rats have two names to them. If they are unmated, they are called does. If they are mated and pregnant, they are called dams. If there is a group of rats, they are called a mischief.

A lot of people may be surprised to know that there are different names that can be used to call rats. It can be fun but you should realize that infant rats are called kittens. This is a bit funny there are also some people who are called pups. Even rats are called differently depending on their gender.
For example, male rats are called bucks while female rats are called does. It is best to remember that rats normally live with other people or they live near people because they would need food from other people in order to survive. Remember that rats are considered to be very opportunistic.

The term "rat" is also used in the names of other small mammals which are not true rats. Examples include the North American pack rats, a number of species loosely called kangaroo rats, and others. Male rats are called bucks, unmated females are called does, pregnant or parent females are called dams, and infants are called kittens or pups.

The term
A group of rats is referred to as a mischief. The common species are opportunistic survivors and often live with and near humans; therefore, they are known as commensals. They may cause substantial food losses, especially in developing countries.
