The United States of America has fifty (50) states. These are the following states according to the number of population: California with more than 39 million, Texas with more than 27 million, Florida with more than 20 million, New York with more than 19 million, Illinois with more than 12 million, Pennsylvania with more than 12 million, Ohio with more than 11 million, Georgia and North Carolina with more than 10 million, Michigan with more than 9 million, New Jersey and Virginia with more than 8 million, Washington with more than 7 million, Arizona, Massachusetts, Tennessee, Indiana, Missouri and Maryland with more than 6 million.

Wisconsin, Colorado and Minnesota with more than 5 million, Alabama, Louisiana, Kentucky and Oregon with more than 4 million, Oregon, Oklahoma, Connecticut, Iowa and Utah with more than 3 million, Mississippi, Arkansas, Nevada, Kansas and New Mexico with more than 2 million, Nebraska, West Virginia, Idaho, Hawaii, New Hampshire, Maine, Rhode Island and Montana with more than 1 million, Delaware with more than 900 thousand, South Dakota with more than 800 thousand, North Dakota and Alaska with more than 700 thousand, Vermont with more than 600 thousand and Wyoming with more than 500 thousand.
