Not all of the legal courts that you can find in the United States of America are are part of the Federal Court System. Out of the choices that are mentioned above, it is the Washington D.C Municipal Court that is not part of this Federal Judicial System.

The system is composed of three levels consisting of the following: The US District Court; The Circuit Court of Appeals; and US Supreme Court. Take note that all levels have different focuses when it comes to the legal system. Some cases can be elevated and filed in a higher system if it was dismissed in the lower courts.
