Why are the meeting rooms or boardrooms are generally in one or many locations of the same city or state?

It is possible that various offices follow a certain structure that will be ideal for the type of work that they have to do. There are also some offices that are designed by one architect, and they know that a boardroom or meeting room will be more ideal if placed in a certain location within the office.

This is one of the rooms that people may like or dread depending on the things that they will discuss within its walls.
