It is possible that various offices follow a certain structure that will be ideal for the type of work that they have to do. There are also some offices that are designed by one architect, and they know that a boardroom or meeting room will be more ideal if placed in a certain location within the office.

This is one of the rooms that people may like or dread depending on the things that they will discuss within its walls. It can be the room where a lot of plans and ideas may form that will lead to the improvement of the company. There are also instances when this can be a place wherein people can be awkward because they have nothing good to report. Basically, this is a place wherein a healthy discussion is encouraged.
