A is the answer to this question. This is a condition that occurs when the lungs are unable to remove the carbon dioxide that is produced by the body. It is a known fact that carbon dioxide is produced by humans so that plants can provide oxygen.

The patient is unable to get rid of the carbon dioxide in the system which means that the pH level of the blood and the different body fluids may start to decrease and become more acidic. Those who have this condition may start to exhibit some signs of confusion and may also suffer from extreme headaches and anxiety for unknown reasons. There are different treatments that are available for this type of condition.
