The statement that is not true is: If you are running a virus protection software, you don’t need to worry about getting a virus. You need to understand that the software you are running is not fool-proof. There is always a possibility that a virus will be able to penetrate your system and there is nothing that you can do about it.

Even if you run your software all over and over, you will not get anything from it. Some viruses can be acquired not only from online but through flash drives and other hard drives that will be connected to your computer. Once you click accept, there is already nothing that your software can do about it.

People feel that when they have an anti-virus software, their computers will already be protected. This is not true at all. The anti-virus software can only do so much. If you allow some viruses to enter your computer unknowingly, your anti-virus cannot do anything about it anymore. In the beginning, nothing may seem amiss.

The virus will just become more aggressive the longer that it stays in your computer. The time may come when your computer cannot be used anymore because the virus has eaten through your hardware. Different viruses have different purposes so you need to stay away from dangerous sites that may cause harm to your computer.

Most if not all people would wish that their computers will not get any viruses especially when they are browsing different websites. Regarding which statement is not true, the answer is if you are running a virus protection software, you don’t need to worry about getting a virus.

There are some computer viruses that are stronger than others. They may be able to penetrate the system unknowingly and you will only know about it once it is already too late. You can get viruses when you are not connected to the internet through flash drives and hard drives. Once your gadget becomes infected with a virus, it will spread until it will make your whole system shut down.

Virus protection software isnt foolproof. Hackers are always trying to invent new ways to circumvent or disable this software
