The correct answer to this question is A, True. Electrons are a part of atoms. They will have either valences or orbits. Valence is a power that combines an element. An orbit is an area that the electron is in.

Some electrons are close together, while others may be loose. They have a negative charge, and they are always attacked to protons, which have a positive charge.

Electrons have the ability to leave the atom when they have enough positive charge that is outside of the atom. If it does have the ability to leave the atom, the loss of the electron creates a hole in the valence of the atom.
