The correct answer to this question is C, racial prejudice. Juror #10 is from the 1957 film "12 Angry Men". This drama film was directed by Sidney Lumet. It tells the story of 12 jurors, which are all men, while they deliberate whether the defendent should be convicted or aquitted. Juror #10 has a cold and is a racist.

Throughout the film, he continues to spew racial statements in hopes to bring the other jurors to his side. When he says "these people" or "their element", he is referring to people of color. In the end, none of the other jurors listen to him.
