There are different things that doing yoga can do. It can help ease migraines especially if a migraine is stress-related. It can help boost immunity against various types of diseases.

The stronger the person’s immune system, the less likely that the person is going to become sick. It can also help people sleep better especially those who are suffering from insomnia. What it cannot do is A. It cannot improve your stamina. If you want to have better stamina, you may need to mix yoga with other forms of exercises.
