There are some people who may get a little bit confused between nuts and seeds. They think that these are the same. When you say nuts, this is an item that comes with a hard outer shell. Some nuts will come with dry fruit and some other seeds.

The shell of the nuts would need to be totally removed. They will not separate on their own. When you say seeds, these are known to come with embryonic plants inside. The seeds can be buried on the ground or will go through other gardening methods so that new plants can form.

Nuts will not be able to form new plants but they will contain the seeds that are needed for continuous plant growth of different species.
