Compact and spongy are known to be bone tissues that can be found all over the body. One main difference is their overall strength. The compact bone is known to be very hard and strong which means that it will take really hard pressure before it can potentially break.

Spongy bone is known to be the bone tissue that can be found inside the bones. This is more lightweight as compared to the compact bone.

It is important that you know how to take good care of your bones so that you do not have to worry about breaking your bones especially when you are normally very active.
