All businesses have managers who manage the company end to ensure that the operations are running properly. Though their end goal is the same, managers use different strategies to achieve their goals. MSOC and Six Sigma are two of those strategies. Between the two, MSOC is newer. They were both created by different companies. MSOC was created by BellSouth, while Motorola is the founder of Six Sigma. One key strategic difference between the two is that Six Sigma can see the various error and defects that may be occurring. They are more garnered towards the business, while MSOC is about the employees.

MSOC and Six Sigma are known to be two different management strategies that can be used by different companies. MSOC is known to be a newer management strategy. There are some concepts that are available in MSOC that cannot be seen in Six Sigma too. Their main goals are also a bit different.

Six Sigma is meant to improve the quality of the different output processes that you can find. If you are able to identify the errors and defects, where they are developed are also different from each other. Six Sigma is created by Motorola, while MSOC is created by BellSouth. Take note that MSOC is meant to improve the betterment of employees.
