Crystal reports and web intelligence are two reporting software from the same company, i.e., SAP. One of the advantages of web intelligence over crystal reports is that web intelligence is easy to use compared to crystal reports, which require users to have a better knowledge of the software before it can be used. However, one of the advantages of crystal reports over web intelligence is that it can be used to produce more graphical PDF and print reports than web intelligence.
