There are some people who think that calories and fat are the same and that they are both bad. The truth is that they are not the same. When you say calories, this is usually what you can find in various food products. All types of food will come with a certain number of calories. Some will just have more than the others.

For example, for every gram of fat, you can expect that it will have nine calories. Counting your calories will matter, especially if you are trying to decide on which food you would like to eat.

You can eat more for a lesser amount of calories if you are smart enough. Fat is something that the body needs in small amounts. You should have and consume the right amount to keep your body healthy.
