Different courier services have different delivery times. Usually, they give you a pickup guarantee but no delivery guarantee. I have tried other services also, and though they claim 60 minutes pick up, they are mostly not on time. I have completely switched toPidge now. I use their app to place the order. Even if I make a courier pick up from home (in Gurgaon) for something to be delivered in Delhi, their pickup and delivery are the fastest. The delivery very much depends on how much time it takes for pick up and rest all depends on the traffic. But the best part is once you book a courier online, you can track your order live. The app shows you live map from the moment the pickup process has started till the time the courier is delivered. They also give you estimated pick up and delivery time so you know in how much time your order will be delivered.
