Almost one half of all Americans make New Year's resolution; however, only a small amount of people sticks to their resolutions and follows through. Instead of making large, elaborate resolutions that might be difficult to work through, try setting small, attainable goals for yourself one step at a time.
Your excitement over the prospect of achieving something will dwindle and turn into frustration if you can't reach your goal. It would help if you also tried sharing your goals with friends and family. Sharing your goals will hold you accountable for your actions and help you build momentum. Many people make New Year's resolutions, but not many people see them through.
