The correct answer to this question is No. Despite many calls for the ban of the Indian reality show Bigg Boss, Season 13 has not been banned. In fact, it premiered on September 29.

The current season includes thirteen celebrity contestants who are Sidharth Shukla, Asim Riaz, Rashami Desai, Shehnaaz Gill, Devoleena Bhattacharjee, Abu Malik, Dalljiet Kaur, Mahira Sharma, Arti Singh, Siddharth Dey, Paras Chhabra, and Koena Mitra.

This season is off to a great start, but there are many lawmakers that are still against the show and what it promotes. They feel the obscenity goes against the Indian culture.

It seems that Bigg Boss season 13 is being considered to be taken off the air. According to those who wanted to have the show removed, they feel that the show was promoting things that were not supposed to be seen by families. For example, there were people from different communities who are starting to become bed partners, and they feel that this is not good to be seen, especially by children who may think that this is okay.

The Hindu culture is known to be very strong, and whenever the content is not acceptable, the show should be reported. The show is already in its 13th season, and this is also very popular in making a lot of people popular even though they used to be commoners.

Fans say that Bigg Boss season 13 should be banned for its vulgar representation of Indian culture. It has captured headlines for the wrong reasons. The concept of 'Bed Friend Forever' and a few tasks have not gone well with a portion of the viewers. Also, the 'kiss' topic that host Salman Khan took up during the most recent episode has disillusioned many people, and that is a fact rampant all-over social media.

Also, the confederation of all India Traders has sent a letter to the information and broadcasting minister Prakash Javadekar, imploring him to enact a ban on season 13 on the grounds of vulgarity. It was said this season of the show degrades Indian culture.
