Things are changing with time, which was considered new and best now becomes old and archaic. The taxi industry which used to be the first choice of almost any in-city journey is now fading away as some app-based, and digital-minded innovation “taxi for hire” companies like Uber are taking over. Taxi, being a cab, is a motor vehicle that can be hired by a single or group of passengers to a particular destination, and it has a driver.

Taxis are public transport that is mostly fitted with taximeters. For uber, the super ride-sharing platform makes it easier by allowing you to book your ride via an app and the fare would be deducted from your account. After entering the pickup and destination location, you can make your choice out of the six uber vehicles, ranging from UberXL, UberX, Select, LUX, SUV, and Black. Taxis charge with a kind of fixed fair pricing, which usually increases in the distance, but Uber uses a dynamic pricing system where the fare depends on the rate of demand.
