For those who are not aware of what these two are, LCD and PDP are known to be types of screens that can be used for the different items that we have right now. The clocks that you see, the mp3 players, and of course, the television are all made with these types of screens. PDP stands for Plasma Display Panel.

For those who are not aware of what these two are, LCD and PDP are known to be types of screens
Its main difference with the LCD or Liquid Crystal Display is its ability to make use of a lot of electrical power. This is mainly used for screens that are known to be very large. Some people prefer items made with PDP because it can provide more accurate colors as compared to the LCD. The LCD is known to be better for electrical consumption though.

LCD stands for Liquid Crystal Display while PDP stands for Plasma Display Panel. This is a type of paneled screen that will be more appropriate for screens that are considered to be larger than usual. The composition of plasma TV is known to be a bit different compared to the screen of the LCD.

There are instances when the use of PDP will cause the screen to “burn” while LCD screens will have no problem with this at all because they can burn as long as they want.
