Some may assume that having diarrhea and loose stools are the same. This is not true. When you have loose stools, this may only be a one-time thing. It is likely that you have eaten something that made your stomach a bit upset hence the loose stools. When you have diarrhea, this means that your body is trying to get rid of a toxin or something else that will not be good for you at all.
