A lot of people celebrate Juneteenth because they want to show that they are always open to equality. Even if people have started to become more open about the changes that are happening in this world, there are still some people who cannot help but judge others based on their social income, their race, the way that they look and so much more. By celebrating Juneteenth, they will show their support to the removal of slavery in America.

This will signify freedom not only for the Black Americans that were considered to be slaves back then but for everyone who would like to experience being freer. If there is one thing that can hinder happiness, it is the inability to be free.
