Pentecost is a religious holiday for the Christian faith. It takes place about seven weeks after Easter. That is how Pentecost is determined. The reason for the celebration of Pentecost is due to the Feast of Weeks. This was written in a part of the Bible. This can be found in Acts chapter 2 and in verses one through thirty-one. When the Holy Spirits came to the Apostles and the others who followed Christianity, this is why we celebrate Pentecost.
