Right now, England is ranked in second place in the 2019 ICC Cricket World Cup. They have won two games and lost one game. However, they have played one more game than about half of the teams. Australia which now ranks third place could take the second place spot because they have only played two games so far, but they have won both of their games.
Therefore, it seems that there are a number of teams that could stop England from wining the ICC Cricket World Cup of 2019. New Zealand is the biggest threat to England. This is followed by Australia and Sri Lanka. These three countries could stop England. Also, West Indies has a strong team and could win against England.
