Acne and eczema are both conditions that affect the skin. Acne occurs from excess oil. It can also come from stress, lack of sleep, and oily products. More likely to appear on the face, it can also appear on the chest and back. Eczema is caused by an allergic reaction. It happens when the skin's complexion becomes dehydrated and less oily. It is not contagious.
