Do you consider Obama as a good orator?

There is no question that Obama is a good orator, it doesn't need my opinion. His oratory became evident while he was still undertaking degree work.

He enthralled citizens sufficiently to vote him into the highest office. Both his books as audios won the Grammy Prize. What further evidence of good oratory could there be?
