Which of the following statements is not correct on the Installation and Operation of Repeaters?



A. As far as practicable, repeaters shall be designed and installed in an orderly manner to enhance the development of amateur radio communication in the country.
B. The amateur shall operate the repeaters properly on an interference or non-interference basis.
C. Authorization to install and operate repeaters shall be granted only to duly recognized amateur associations, clubs, societies or schools.
D. A repeater license, which is separate and distinct from the ARSL or club station license, shall be issued in favor of a club or association. A certified true copy of the repeater license shall be posted at the location of the repeater and it shall bear the same call sign of the RAL or the club station.
