Is Egypt a safe country to visit?

Today, Egypt is relatively a safe country to visit. It is probably not the safest, but it is probably not the riskiest either. Instead, it would be best for tourists who travel to Egypt to plan in advance. Overall, the country is safe. Several years ago, when the government was having issues, it was obviously not safe. People could see that by watching the news. Instead, people have gone about their normal ways.

However, there are areas of Egypt just like other countries that dangerous. Criminals like to prey on the tourists because they have their guard down and they do not know where they are going a lot of the time. Therefore, tourists should plan on going to resorts and other places that are geared to tourists.
