He also has an amazing talent to be able to adapt to changing circumstances. The market constantly changes, and the people and their needs constantly change. But Jeff Bezos has the uncanny ability to stick with what he is doing in the midst of changing circumstances.

But Along with change, he is consistent in delivering exactly what the customer wants. From ads to the first page on Amazon, they make the adaptation according to the user. Basically, they set up the Amazon store just for you according to your interests.

It might not actually be called a talent but what sets Jeff Bezos apart from the other CEOs of other companies is customer obsession. He knew even before that he would need to focus on the needs and the likes of the customers in order to have a company that will be loved and respected by people.

He made this happen through Amazon and he was able to get the trust of customers in a short amount of time. This may be his greatest strength but it can be considered his weakness too. He became too focused on the needs of the customers that he failed to realize the needs of his employees.
