I would not want to advise any home remedy but to urge anyone suffering a heart pain to seek immediate attention from a medical practitioner or hospital emergency facility.

Do not leave matters! If there is a threat to the heart, your best chance of overcoming the problem is rapidity of medical treatment. Men particularly are bad about seeking appropriate help in time.

There is no proper home remedy for heart pain as these home remedies can manage only infrequent chest pain mainly caused by digestive problems. Sometimes, a normal chest pain can cause a severe heart disease and at that time, home remedies will surely be no help. So, it’s better to take local emergency medical care services whenever your heart pain strikes.

However, there are certain things which you can use at your home for getting rapid relief from chest pain. These home remedies also prevent future consequences that occur due to minor heart pain.

You should include Almonds in your daily diet. You can eat a few almonds or drink a cup of almond milk. The decision rests on you. However, there is no scientific evidence that claim almonds can reduce heart pain, yet people follow it as their ancestors have told to do so. And this belief is being passed from one generation to other generation.

A cup of hot hibiscus tea can reduce your chest pain and improve your digestive system to some extent. In addition to this, hibiscus also lessens blood pressure and cholesterol. Also, it is very safe to consume as there are no side effects of it.

You can use olive oil to cook vegetables instead of using other vegetable oils, eat green vegetables and choose a vegetable diet for a lifetime. Also, you can drink lemon, pineapple, and orange juice.

Note: People who suffer from angina are strictly prohibited from using above-mentioned home remedies. They simply need to follow the prescriptions of doctor given to them.
