In the past, America used to be the only country celebrating thanksgiving but as of now, many other countries celebrate thanksgiving. Here are some of the countries.

Canada - closest to America shares same thanksgiving tradition with America both culinary and cultural.

China – china celebrates thanksgiving on the 15th day of the earth month of the lunar calendar. The holiday originated as a means to express gratitude for the changing of the season.

Japan – Japan celebrates thanksgiving on the November 23. It is known as labour thanksgiving day.

Other countries that celebrate thanksgiving include; Vietnam, Grenada, Germany, Norfolk Island, Liberia and South Korea.
