A lot of people do not know that Halloween actually stemmed from All Hallows Eve. This started out in Ireland because they believe that there are some evil spirits that cannot help but roam around before the Day of the Dead. The celebration would usually start on October 31 and would end on the day after that.

Up to now, people still wear costumes and celebrate in order to ward off negativity and evil spirits that may be around the area. It is also during All Hollows Eve that people usually carve Jack-O-Lanterns. This is done in order to prevent evil spirits from entering the home. What All Hollows Eve tradition do you like most of all?
