The conversion of energy will highly depend on the type of energy that is being converted. Energy cannot be created because it is already naturally available in our environment. It cannot be destroyed too. It can only be transformed into another form of energy. One example is a type of wheel.

When the wheel is not moving, it has potential energy. This means that it is not moving. It is just staying in one place. The moment that the wheel is pushed, it transforms to kinetic energy. Once it reaches another surface that will cause it to stop, it becomes potential energy once again. The transformation of energy can be very fascinating.
