The pitch of the sound that will be created will highly depend on the frequency of the sound wave. These are related to each other. If the frequency of the sound will increase, the wavelength will start to increase. This means that high tones will mean higher frequencies. Low tones will show lower frequencies.

Take note that higher frequencies will not be as clear as compared to lower frequencies. People will have the tendency to hear tones with higher frequencies better.

The loudness of sound may become affected depending on the current amplitude. The speed of the sound wave is not affected by its frequency which means that the answer is C.
