No, a person cannot be brought back from death. Once the brain ceases to function death occurs and this is irreversible. There are many people who claim they were brought back from near-death experiences and I do believe that is possible. But in almost all these situations it’s typically when a person’s heart and/or lungs have stopped functioning for just a minute or two.
Once the heart is restarted, the bodily functions and organs start working again. If the heart has stopped for too long, the brain is deprived of oxygen and the brain will die. When the brain dies, the person dies.
It’s a hypothetical concept which can’t be answered properly. What happens someone when they die, do people really come back after death in some other forms, are souls really immortal, all these questions are unsolvable and mysterious. This is because people have different aspects and opinions regarding these sensitive topics.
However, the majority of the people have a common faith that a person can’t be brought back after death as they don’t have any evidence against it. On the other hand, there are also some people who have a strong belief that death can be reversed. As a result, there is always a contradiction to this question.
As per the mythology, it was believed that Guru Shukracharya in Hindu mythology used to revive dead people through Lord Shiva’s Sanjeevani Mantra in ancient times. Unfortunately, we don’t have any clue and scientific evidence for it in today’s era. And, it’s a totally mythological concept. Apart from Guru Shukracharya, there are some other saints and monks who claim to bring back the dead people alive.
At the end of the day, we can conclude that science itself doesn’t have any proof of revival of death or dead bodies. If in the rarest case, someone comes back after death somehow, we may call it a miracle.
