Assuming that an individual meets all requirements to work as an air hostess for an airline. First, you must pass the online assement, if you make it through the assement, the airline will hire you. The airline will train you the way they want you to carry out your duties for free. The training is usually intense, its takes about 4 - 10 weeks depending on the airline.

In the training course, they are taught safety emergency procedures, aviation medicine, standards and attitude that must be kept by the air hostess when on duty.

Many airlines also organise yearly programs to access and further train air hostesses to improve safety measures and to create comfortable environment for their passengers.
