According to the study carried out by Air Help, WOW airline is currently the worst airline in the world. The airline is an Icelandic airline that base in Reykjavik, Iceland. WOW airline was founded in 2011 by Skuli Mogensen. The airline operates between Iceland, Europe and North America. This airline is known to have consistent problems like poor customers service, poor response to flight delays and cancellations.

Many people have missed their connecting flights and lost their luggage. This problems have become a recurrent issue on WOW airline and nothing has been done about it. The airline also has a lot of bad reviews online by previous passengers of this airline.

Air travel has never been cheap. But everything has a limit. Once I was sent on a business trip to France and I ordered plane tickets.
