I would have to say Nigella Lawson specializes in home cooking cuisine. She has authored 10 cookbooks so far and virtually all of them are about home cooking. She likes simple and easy recipes that can be prepared at home. In fact one article I have read says, “Nigella Lawson has become a food world icon because of her predilection for home cooking.”

I think the titles and contents of her cookbooks supports this claim. Here are just two titles: “At My Table: A Celebration of Home Cooking” and “Nigella Kitchen: Recipes from the Heart of the Home.
