I do not think that Gordon Ramsay is overrated at all. He is well-respected in the restaurant industry not only because of his skills as a chef but because of his overall persona. He is a good businessman and he managed to get what he wanted based on the decisions that he has made.
He is obviously good at what he does although some say that the food that he serves in his restaurants are probably overrated. People are drawn to him more because of the persona that he shows on television. Some reports say that he is also very different in real life. Reality TV is not always what it seems.
