It seems that narcissists will be able to use their charm and their manipulation in order to reach higher ranks in the company where they work. They will do all things in order to get personal gratification and to become admired by people. Their motivation to work is to become recognized as the best.

They want the world to see how great they are because they believe that they are great. Their strategies may be perfect in the beginning but the more that their work becomes stable, the more unstable they become. A narcissist will not have the ability to facilitate proper information. This will make them ineffective leaders in the long run.
