Mueller’s wants to know if Trump was covering up anything in micromanaging disclosures about the meeting. The obstruction of justice aspect of Mueller's investigation is quite severe. Mueller is going through White House documents about most of the critical events related to potential conspiracy or obstruction of justice.

The main reason why Trump is afraid of Robert Mueller is because there is no telling what Mueller is going to do next.
