Ionic bonds are strong bonds that are a result if opposite electrostatic attractions between different ions. They are formed when an atom gives away its electron to another atom which needs it to achieve a stable outer shell. The higher the difference in electronegativity the stronger the bond and the stronger the ionic lattice.

Among these ionic compounds, the NaF should have the highest lattice energy. This is because they have the smallest atoms and hence, there outer electrons are strongly attracted towards the nucleus. As a result, they require a lot of energy to break the bonds and overcome those attractions.
