One of the best ways to make a title centered in the A1 to E1 row is actually pretty simple. The answer is to type the title into the A1 cell, and then merge all the cells between A1 and E1. This will give you one long cell at the top of the spreadsheet. The title should be centered, but if it isn’t, you can go to the format menu and center it yourself. This also works to center titles further down on a spreadsheet that go across multiple rows.

Then, you can go keep going down the rows with the right information and know that your title is centered. Do be aware that this simply creates one long cell, so it will become a single, long A1 cell, or whatever cell you do it in.
