D is the answer to this question. There are a lot of people who have said before that we have run out of IPv4. Now, this has turned into a reality. No new IPv4 can be given out by regional internet registries, also known as RIRs. The rumor was around since 2011, but it was only recently when it occurred.
Take note that all of the gadgets that will connect to the internet must have IP addresses; otherwise, it will not be able to access different parts of the world wide web. Some may assume that this is only for laptops and smartphones, but actually, this will also work for tablets, fax machines, and so much more.
