This answer doesn't surprise me. I was thinking of the situations in which we act like we know nothing, but that is if people are asking us questions about a patient, that don't have a right to know.

I put false because if you were an employee you would have to go thru the same channels as any other patient. You can look up your PHI when it is posted to your medical record by the lab or physician.
